Kristin M. Gummoe, Esq., MBA, is a highly accomplished litigation attorney and Senior Litigation Associate at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas LLP, where she has built her legal career since joining the firm in September 2019. Based in Williamstown, Kristin focuses primarily on general liability defense while also handling matters involving environmental law and real estate transactions. Kristin’s accomplishments and leadership have earned recognition beyond her firm. In this role, Kristin presides over public meetings, leads Board deliberations, reviews and signs resolutions, and works with municipal professionals to evaluate development applications. She also helps ensure that proceedings and decisions comply with applicable land-use laws and procedures.

Her work on the Planning & Zoning Board provides another avenue through which Kristin can apply her legal knowledge to issues directly affecting the community. The role requires careful consideration of development proposals, regulations, procedures, and competing interests, further demonstrating her ability to approach complex matters with professionalism and thoughtful analysis.
